Your Mission
- To ensure the quality and user-friendliness of our software together with us, you independently conduct manual software tests, verify data, and evaluate development results.
- You assist us in the content-related elaboration and quality assurance of digital product features based on simple concept sketches or functional descriptions.
- With your analytical skills, you support us in the analysis and reproduction of user feedback as part of tests and bug analyses, and document identified issues in a structured manner.
- You support us in the creation and maintenance of product documentation (e.g. manuals, training videos, explanatory formats) and contribute your own ideas.
- As an active member of our team, it is your responsibility to continuously maintain existing Confluence pages used to document functional and product-related topics.
- you support the team in the content-related preparation and follow-up of product-related discussions.
Ideally, you can contribute 12-20 hours per week, and during semester breaks, up to 40 hours per week. Naturally, after agreement, you can also work individual days from home.
Your Profile
- You are currently studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field of study, and have an interest in digital products as well as technical applications in the context of tunnel construction and construction site processes.
- Ideally, you already have some experience in product management or software development.
- You are well acquainted with the MS Office package and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new systems and tools.
- Your analytical thinking enables you to quickly understand complex problems and make them explainable and transparent.
- Teamwork is an enrichment for you, and it inspires you to develop ideas together with others.
