Seit über 30 Jahren entwickeln wir bei VMT Vermessungslösungen für den Tunnelbau und die Industrievermessung. Mithilfe innovativer System- und Produktlösungen von VMT erstellen Baufirmen weltweit Tunnel und Schächte jeder Größe für immer komplexere Infrastrukturprojekte. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Accounting für den Standort Bruchsal (bei Karlsruhe) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Finanzbuchhalter / Bilanzbuchhalter / Bilanzbuchhalter in spe (m/w/d).

Deine Mission

Du betreust gemeinsam mit dem Team die Hauptbuchhaltung und unterstützt in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
Eigenständig übernimmst du die Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle, Abschlussbuchungen, Rückstellungen sowie Abstimmung und Klärung von Kreditorenkonten
Du bist eng in die Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB eingebunden
Aktiv wirkst du an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit
Abteilungsübergreifend arbeitest du in Projekten mit und bringst deine fachliche Expertise ein

Das zeichnet dich aus

Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung oder eine Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten, sowie vergleichbare Qualifikationen
Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung; eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren, ist von Vorteil
Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität zeichnen dich aus
Mit deiner offenen und kommunikativen Art trägst du aktiv zu einem positiven und kollegialen Miteinander im Team bei
Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen gehört zu deinen Stärken – insbesondere Excel
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift bringst du mit; Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert

To strengthen our Accounting team at the Bruchsal location (near Karlsruhe), we are currently seeking an Accountant/Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest opportunity.

Your Mission

Through your commitment in accounts receivable and payable management, you ensure a smooth flow of our financial processes.
Your responsibilities include the precise determination of provisions and accruals, which you consistently keep a close eye on.
You actively support the Accounting team in preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
The development of internal reports and statistics is also part of your responsibilities.
Your involvement extends beyond the boundaries of the Accounting team, as you collaborate actively with adjacent business areas.
As a direct point of contact, you are responsible for all matters related to tax consultants and auditors.

Your Profile

You have completed a commercial vocational training, ideally with further education as an Accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification through relevant training.
Throughout your career, you have gained several years of professional experience in financial accounting.
Your knowledge includes tax legislation, particularly with a focus on value-added tax law. You already have experience with the MS Office package and demonstrate proficiency in Excel.
The confident use of ERP and accounting software is second nature to you.
Good German and English language skills complete your profile.
Additionally, you impress with your independent and flexible work approach. Your communicative nature and preference for teamwork enrich our team.
