Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Accounting für den Standort Bruchsal (bei Karlsruhe) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder jemanden, der diese Qualifikation anstrebt.

Deine Mission

Finanz- und Rechnungswesen: Durch deine Unterstützung im Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement stellst du sicher, dass unsere Finanzprozesse reibungslos ablaufen und alle Zahlungsflüsse effizient gesteuert werden.
Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen: Du übernimmst die präzise Ermittlung und Überwachung von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen und sorgst damit für die Genauigkeit unserer Finanzdaten.
Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse: Du bist aktiv in der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB eingebunden und unterstützt das Accounting-Team tatkräftig.
Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen und bist eine verlässliche Schnittstelle für alle finanzbezogenen Anliegen.
Berichte und Auswertungen: Nach der Einarbeitung könnte es auch zu deinen Aufgaben gehören, bei der Erstellung interner Statistiken und Reports zu unterstützen und sicherzustellen, dass diese sowohl präzise als auch termingerecht bereitgestellt werden.

Das zeichnet dich aus

Berufserfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit. Eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter – oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren – ist von Vorteil.
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen: Du arbeitest routiniert mit den gängigen Programmen – insbesondere Excel zählt zu deinen Stärken.
Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Gute Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert – insbesondere für die Kommunikation mit unseren ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften.
Arbeitsweise: Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus und bringst ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität mit.
Teamorientierung: Mit deiner offenen und kommunikativen Art trägst du aktiv zu einem positiven Miteinander im Team bei.

To strengthen our Accounting team at the Bruchsal location (near Karlsruhe), we are currently seeking an Accountant/Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest opportunity.

Your Mission

Through your commitment in accounts receivable and payable management, you ensure a smooth flow of our financial processes.
Your responsibilities include the precise determination of provisions and accruals, which you consistently keep a close eye on.
You actively support the Accounting team in preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
The development of internal reports and statistics is also part of your responsibilities.
Your involvement extends beyond the boundaries of the Accounting team, as you collaborate actively with adjacent business areas.
As a direct point of contact, you are responsible for all matters related to tax consultants and auditors.

Your Profile

You have completed a commercial vocational training, ideally with further education as an Accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification through relevant training.
Throughout your career, you have gained several years of professional experience in financial accounting.
Your knowledge includes tax legislation, particularly with a focus on value-added tax law. You already have experience with the MS Office package and demonstrate proficiency in Excel.
The confident use of ERP and accounting software is second nature to you.
Good German and English language skills complete your profile.
Additionally, you impress with your independent and flexible work approach. Your communicative nature and preference for teamwork enrich our team.
