Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams für den Standort Bruchsal (bei Karlsruhe) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Operativen Einkäufer (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Deine Aufgaben

Deine Aufgabe ist es, die komplette Bestellabwicklung zu optimalen Konditionen sicherzustellen, wobei du stets Termine, Mengen, Kosten und Qualität berücksichtigst
Dein Organisationstalent ermöglicht es dir, Liefertermine im Blick zu behalten und Bestellungen flexibel an Bedarfsveränderungen anzupassen
Durch geschickte Kommunikation holst du Angebote ein, führst Angebotsvergleiche durch und verhandelst Preise sowie Konditionen
Zu deinen Verantwortlichkeiten zählt auch die Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
Ein weiterer Aspekt deiner Aufgaben umfasst Projektarbeiten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Kostensenkung
Die Wartung von Stammdaten, Einkaufsinformationen und Lieferantendaten in unserem ERP-System gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Verantwortlichkeiten

Dein Profil

Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
Während deiner beruflichen Laufbahn konntest du bereits relevante Erfahrungen im Bereich des operativen Einkaufs sammeln
Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen gehört zu deinem Repertoire
Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Zusätzlich verfügst du über ein solides technisches Verständnis
Abgerundet wird dein Profil durch sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Your Mission

Your task is to ensure the complete order processing at optimal conditions, always considering deadlines, quantities, costs, and quality.
Your organizational skills enable you to keep track of delivery dates and to adjust orders flexibly to changes in demand.
Through adept communication, you solicit quotes, conduct comparisons, and negotiate prices and conditions.
Among your responsibilities is also communication with national and international suppliers.
Another aspect of your duties involves project work for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
Maintaining master data, purchasing information, and supplier data in our ERP system is also part of your responsibilities.

Your Profile

You have completed a commercial or technical education.
During your professional career, you have already gained relevant experience in the field of operational purchasing.
Experience in working with ERP systems is part of your skill set.
Your work style is characterized by independence, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
Additionally, you have a solid technical understanding.
Your profile is rounded off by very good German skills as well as good English skills.
