Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Accounting für den Standort Bruchsal (bei Karlsruhe) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Bilanzbuchhalter/Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

Durch dein Engagement im Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Finanzprozesse.
Zu deinen Verantwortlichkeiten gehört die präzise Ermittlung von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen, die du stets sorgfältig im Auge behältst.
Du unterstützt das Accounting-Team aktiv bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen gemäß HGB.
Die Entwicklung interner Berichte und Statistiken ist ebenfalls Teil deiner Verantwortlichkeiten.
Dein Einsatz reicht über die Grenzen des Accounting-Teams hinaus, da du aktiv mit angrenzenden Unternehmensbereichen zusammenarbeitest.
Als direkter Ansprechpartner bist du zuständig für sämtliche Belange in Bezug auf Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer.

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation durch entsprechende Weiterbildung.
Während deiner Karriere konntest du bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung sammeln.
Zu deinen Kenntnissen zählt die Steuergesetzgebung, insbesondere mit einem Fokus auf Umsatzsteuerrecht.
Du verfügst bereits über Erfahrung mit dem MS-Office-Paket und zeichnest dich durch gute Kenntnisse in Excel aus.
Die souveräne Nutzung von ERP- und Buchhaltungssoftware ist für dich selbstverständlich.
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
Außerdem beeindruckst du mit deiner eigenverantwortlichen und flexiblen Arbeitsweise.
Mit deiner kommunikativen Art und deiner Vorliebe für Teamarbeit bereicherst du unser Team.

To strengthen our Accounting team at the Bruchsal location (near Karlsruhe), we are currently seeking an Accountant/Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest opportunity.

Your Mission

Through your commitment in accounts receivable and payable management, you ensure a smooth flow of our financial processes.
Your responsibilities include the precise determination of provisions and accruals, which you consistently keep a close eye on.
You actively support the Accounting team in preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
The development of internal reports and statistics is also part of your responsibilities.
Your involvement extends beyond the boundaries of the Accounting team, as you collaborate actively with adjacent business areas.
As a direct point of contact, you are responsible for all matters related to tax consultants and auditors.

Your Profile

You have completed a commercial vocational training, ideally with further education as an Accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification through relevant training.
Throughout your career, you have gained several years of professional experience in financial accounting.
Your knowledge includes tax legislation, particularly with a focus on value-added tax law. You already have experience with the MS Office package and demonstrate proficiency in Excel.
The confident use of ERP and accounting software is second nature to you.
Good German and English language skills complete your profile.
Additionally, you impress with your independent and flexible work approach. Your communicative nature and preference for teamwork enrich our team.
