Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Bruchsal (bei Karlsruhe) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/-n Product Manager (m/w/d) für den Bereich Vermessungswesen/Tunnelbau

Deine Aufgaben

Als Product Manager bist Du verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Optimierungen unserer Produktpalette
Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört der nachhaltige Ausbau des Produktportfolios sowie die Steuerung der verantwortlichen Product Owner zur Neu- bzw. Weiterentwicklung von Produkten
Du behältst den Markt im Blick, sammelst und analysierst Daten der Wettbewerbssituation
Im Austausch mit unseren Kolleg*innen aus dem Vertrieb und unseren Kundenunternehmen identifizierst Du neue Geschäftsfelder und hast dabei stets die strategischen Interessen von VMT im Blick
Gemeinsam mit der Vorentwicklung und dem Innovationmanagement entwickelt Ihr im kreativen Austausch neue Produktideen und unterzieht diese einer realistischen Machbarkeitsabschätzung
Im Rahmen der VMT- Strategie entwickelst Du in Abstimmung mit den anderen Product Managern eine Strategie für "Deine Produkte"
Du bist ebenfalls verantwortlich für die Erstellung von strategischen Entscheidungsvorlagen und Business Cases für unsere Geschäftsleitung
Die Bündelung und Aufbereitung des Produkt-Know-Hows gehört ebenfalls als fester Bestandteil zu Deinen Aufgaben

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über eine technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium
Durch Deine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bringst umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereichen Tunnelbau und idealerweise auch Vermessungswesen mit
Unsere innovativen Produkte begeistern Dich und Du kannst Dir vorstellen diese auf das nächste Level zu entwickeln
Dich zeichnet unternehmerisches Denken und ein fundiertes Marktverständnis im Bereich Tunnelbau aus.
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
Du zählst eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit zu Deinen Stärken

To strengthen our team at the Bruchsal location (near Karlsruhe), we are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) for the surveying and tunnel construction sector at the earliest possible date.

Your Mission

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for continuous improvements and optimizations of our product range
Your tasks include the sustainable expansion of the product portfolio and the guidance of responsible Product Owners in the development of new or existing products
You keep an eye on the market, gather and analyze data on the competitive situation
In collaboration with our colleagues from sales and our customer companies, you identify new business fields, always considering VMT's strategic interests
Together with pre-development and innovation management, you engage in a creative exchange to generate new product ideas and subject them to a realistic feasibility assessment
Within the framework of VMT's strategy, you, in coordination with other Product Managers, develop a strategy for "Your Products"
You are also responsible for creating strategic decision proposals and business cases for our management.
The consolidation and preparation of product knowledge are also integral parts of your responsibilities

Your Profile

You have a technical education with further training as a technician or a completed degree
Through your several years of professional experience, you bring comprehensive knowledge in the fields of tunnel construction and ideally surveying
Our innovative products inspire you, and you can envision taking them to the next level
You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and a solid market understanding in the tunnel construction sector
Good proficiency in German and English completes your profile
You count independent, solution-oriented, and precise work, as well as negotiation and communication skills, among your strengths
