Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams für den Standort Bruchsal (bei Karlsruhe) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Scrum Master / Agile Coach (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

Als Scrum Master vermittelst du firmenweit die agilen Werte und Prinzipien
Mit deinen organisatorischen Fähigkeiten übernimmst du die Planung und Moderation von Sprints, Daily Stand-Ups, Reviews und Retrospektiven
Du stehst den Teammitgliedern beratend zur Seite und sorgst für die Einhaltung der Agilen-Prinzipien und -Prozesse
Du unterstützt den Product Owner bei der Erstellung und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs
Mit deinem Einsatz zur Stärkung der Selbstorganisation und Eigenverantwortung leistest du einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Entwicklungsteams
Die Weiterentwicklung der agilen Kultur und des agilen Mindsets im Unternehmen ist deine Passion

Dein Profil

Berufserfahrung im Bereich agiler Methoden (z.B. als Scrum Master/Agile Coach oder Product Owner), idealerweise mit einem Background aus der Softwareentwicklung
Weiterbildung in agilen Methoden, idealerweise Scrum und Interesse daran, dich entsprechend weiterzubilden
Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten in fließendem Deutsch und Englisch
Ein lösungsorientierter, proaktiver und eigenständiger Arbeitsstil zeichnet dich aus
Kooperationsbereitschaft sowie durch Durchsetzungs- und Improvisationsvermögen hast du bereits unter Beweis gestellt
Fähigkeit, Veränderungen zu initiieren und zu unterstützen

Your Mission

As a Scrum Master, you communicate and reinforce agile values and principles throughout the company.
With your organizational skills, you take charge of planning and moderating sprints, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
You provide advisory support to team members, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and processes.
You assist the Product Owner in creating and prioritizing the product backlog.
Your commitment to enhancing self-organization and accountability significantly contributes to the development of our engineering team.

Your Profile

Professional experience in agile methodologies (e.g., as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach or Product Owner), ideally with a background in software development.
Further education in agile methods, preferably Scrum, and an interest in continuing your education in this field.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills in fluent German and English.
A solution-oriented, proactive, and independent working style defines you.
Demonstrated ability to cooperate, along with assertiveness and improvisational skills.
Ability to initiate and support changes.
